someone said something about proper time management so that you can study & have fun at the same time. i think its a load of bullshit. proper time management, in the context of o levels, should be used to describe managing time to accommodate as much study & revision as possible, leaving little, or most probably, no time for play! how can play and study when the o's are here?! siao.
